NRT Completion drastically reduces water cut by preventing axial channeling and limiting water inflow from high-permeability zones. By restoring conformance along the entire wellbore, operators regain stable, profitable oil production — even in severely watered-out wells

Permanent Sand Control Without Screen Erosion

Using ICD screens paired with continuous pack-off particles, the system delivers double-layer sand control and eliminates erosion — even in unconsolidated sandstone wells where gravel pack fails. Operators achieve long-term, sand-free production with zero screen damage.

Reviving Old Wells

NRT Completion restores wells with damaged screens, perforated casing, or severe water breakthrough. The adaptive nature of the pack-off particles seals irregularities, fractures, and bypass channels — enabling wells once considered “dead” to return to production.

Here is a selection of real field results from more than 120+ NRT Completion applications.

Old Well Revived

A severely watered-out well with damaged screens was restored using NRT Completion. Water cut dropped from 89% to 48%, and oil rate surged from 220 BPD to 1,270 BPD.

High-WCT Zone Success

Drilled in an extremely high water-cut area, this well achieved 5 months of water-free production thanks to efficient continuous pack-off. Actual oil output reached 560 BPD with water cut reduced to 2%, far outperforming projections.

Full Sand Control After Gravel Pack Failure

In a field where gravel-packed wells were failing due to erosion, NRT Completion delivered 100% sand-free production. Sand production dropped from 83% to 0%, enabling stable long-term output for over 40 months.

Dead Well Restored

A well buried by sand and considered non-productive was revived after installing 2–3/8” ICD screens inside damaged premium screens, followed by continuous pack-off. The well returned to stable production with zero sand.
